Outfit: Plissé Skirt & Dark Red | Munich

In my first outfit post this year I already said it: I wanna wear more skirts and dresses again. I got so many just hanging in my closet, not being worn because jeans or pants are just easier. So before I stop following this New Years resolution, I decided to show you another skirt-look on the blog.

Again, wearing skirts in winter is not something I did a lot in the past. I was a bit sceptical at first but as soon as I completed the look with the dark red sweater, I loved it. The combination with the plissé skirt, which is one of my favourite items to wear in the summer, is super comfy.

Another thing I like about this look is that it combines several old favourites of mine. I mean, look at all those blogs that only show you looks with new items all the time, they only wear once and you never see them ever again. This is not realistic: who of us has the money (and for that matter the time) to go shopping all the time to get new clothes to wear once or twice only? Right. So for me, blogging is not only about new trends and new items, but also about giving inspiration on how to combine your old favourites in a new look. I hate it to have so many clothes I love but am hardly wearing. Due to time I don’t have in the mornings, I tend to go for the same combinations again and again. Well – here we go. First look with old clothes, that I already showed you here or here. What do you think?
