I’ve only worn skinny jeans for ages, changing to shorts in the summer. That I am wearing culottes now is kinda surprising for myself, too…but after I was very sceptical last year, I finally found the perfect pair!
Culottes are just perfect for the summer – not too warm when the temperatures are high (which means perfect for the current weather here in New York) and they are way more comfortable than jeans shorts, too! At first, I wasn’t sure how to wear and how to combine them, but after I started wearing culottes, I directly had to buy two more pairs, because I just love them! Couldn’t somebody have told me earlier? So you can be sure to see some more outfits with different culottes here on the blog this summer.
I combined them with my new Steve Madden sandals in light blue, and the matching Michael Kors bag I got from my boyfriend for my graduation. The light blue is currently one of my favorite colors and works perfectly with the grey, black and white, the colors I wear most of the time.
