Finally autumn – I can’t stop being happy about the fact that my favourite season finally started! And especially as I really like the trend colours of the year: the different shades of red. There has been a time a few years ago where I already loved the colour and was wearing it a lot, but for some reason forgot about it over the past years. Now, I got all of my old pieces out of the closet (and found a reason for buying some more): it’s a trend again! And the shops are full of it. So looking forward to creating some new looks and showing them to you guys here on the blog!
Trendcolour Bordeaux
Dark red, also called bordeaux, is not the only shade of red that has become a trendcolor for this autumn. But it’s the one that suits me best, I think. So I’m sure it’s gonna be the one you guys are gonna see most often here on the blog, although I am more than looking forward to creating some looks with other shades of red as well. I couldn’t walk out of the store without buying this knit – what do you guys think of it?
I combined the knit with an all black look. After having worn black, grey and white for several years, I didn’t want to go for the all-red look, which is a huge thing now. Maybe some day…but not yet. As I’m currently staying at my parent’s and don’t have a huge range of shoes to choose from, I wore my white Puma Basket Heart sneakers. Although they are not the perfect fit I still love them. My black Franco Sarto black that you have seen in several posts already and some silver accessories – done! What do you think of my look?
xx from the Netherlands!
