It’s a long time ago that I have posted something in this category – but somehow I felt like nobody would be interested in restaurants in a small place somewhere in the middle of Denmark, so there was not really anything interesting to talk about. But now, I wanted to start again in this category, maybe not once a week, but still on a regular basis – there are soooo many restaurants in this city! The first one is going to be Bill’s Bar & Burger.
I wanted to try this burger place because I walk along it every morning and every evening on my way to work and to the subway, and somehow everytime it’s open, there are soooo many people sitting there, which is mostly a sign that the place is good. Plus the prices are quite good for the location, directly at 5th Avenue / 51st street at the Rockefeller Center.
So we tried, and I have to say: for sure not the best burger ever, but it’s worth a try! The sweet potato fries were really good, the service was incredibly fast and the choice of burgers really great. For sure I will go back just to try another burger one day! Plus the prices were good, as I said: about $16 for fries, a burger and a soda is okay. So – if you happen to get hungry and looking for a place in that area, I can only suggest you should try Bill’s Bar & Burger!
